You can request a refund from What is Hot for mistakes made by the supplier or drivers, such as missing products or wrong items. If you wish to return the order after the return receipt has been sent to you, the costs of the products, including taxes, will be refunded and it must be returned at the nearest What is Hot store indicated on the return receipt.
 

Of course, when you proceed to pay for your order, you have the option to schedule your order indicating the date and time, up to 3 days after the moment you place the order.
 

Once the order is made and paid, it is not possible to change your delivery address. However, if you have not paid for the order, from the upper right corner of the screen on the icon representing the location you can easily change your address.

To check the status of your order you must log in and from the profile icon choose the My orders option. However, our system notifies you when your order is on its way.

If the order has not been paid yet, you can add and / or remove products from your cart as you wish. Once you have paid for the order, it is not possible to add or remove products from your order.
 

If you have not received your order within 60 minutes from the time of purchase, please contact us through the "Company" section in the "Contact Us" option that appears at the bottom of our website, we will assist you shortly.
